Here are some tips that can help you in achieving that goal of exercise and fitness
- Do what you like the most: Most of things we do daily that include some kind of physical activity, is considered an exercise. This will include playing outdoor games, running, walking, bicycling and other things. So the thing that you like the most and this way, you will have fun in the exercise
- Set practical goals: Set goals that are actually achievable. Instead of setting up a big target, set up short-term goals. If you want to get six pack abs by the end of this year, start with small goals and achieve measurable things
- Take help of others in keeping track of your exercise routine and your progress. Share your routine with them
- Something is always better than nothing: As I said earlier, do not set big targets or put much efforts than you can do. No issue if you cannot give 1 hour in the gym, half an hour is enough if you do it right. Slow and sturdy wins the race.
- Do not give up: It is okay to be afraid, but that should not stop you. You might not achieve your goals and may get nervous, but this should not stop you from doing the ultimate thing
